Pros

Exciting mission, talented & committed co-workers, excellent tools, and products nearing release. Experiences may be different in other groups, but I've seen that if you work well in a multidisciplinary engineering team, are driven, and have relevant technical skills, you can contribute strongly to Blue Origin's ambitious mission.

Cons

Several projects are moving from technology demonstration to production. This is a more painful process than the company anticipated. Some of the engineers don't have experience with the "technology readiness level valley of death" and are losing hope. Managers and executives get fired/pushed-out for not meeting schedule, so the bias is to accept technical risk to mitigate schedule risk.
