Pros

Good pay, that’s about it

Cons

management was completely absent… my boss went on leave for 6 weeks.. her boss never set a 1 on 1. Then reams me about my performance not being up to par but this was never once brought up to me in the 5 months I was here. In all honesty I think he was just mad because I asked for a retention bonus because I had another offer on the table. Tells me he doesn’t see a future for me at Blue and that he will be replacing my position with generic software engineers.... he wants to replace a veteran workday engineer with engineers with no workday knowledge, I’m sure that’s going to go well…

Pros

Great compensation and good benefits

Cons

inconsistent policy and procedures, frequent layoffs, or RIF. No work-life balance, not at all employee-centric.
