* UNTRUSTWORTHY, DECEITFUL MANAGEMENT * Employees are treated like contractors * CEO knows NOTHING about aerospace tech/engineering * Rampant incompetence among C-levels * Excessive work loads on high performers to compensate for low performers * No incentives whatsoever for anyone below Sr rank * HR exists only to enforce executive orders and protect budgets * Bad WLB in general * No stability or meaningful strategy * Project planning is a free-for-all devoid of factual analysis * KPIs that encourage groups to work at cross-purposes * Lack of project strategy or milestone definitions * Rampant nepotism * Perpetual re-orgs and structure changes * Stack ranking and no-warning RIFs * Godawful & toxic overall employee community

Disorganized and trying to function without a real charter or goal post. Management not held accountable. Leadership not interested in empowering people but is interested in managing with fear. New mandate that every team has to have a low performer, at least one, that gets fired, which leads to terrible morale and damages any attempt at collaboration. The company would rather rule with a stick instead of a carrot. The new 50-hour workweek norm really means 60.
