Pros
Pay can be decent if you negotiate correctly. If you don't, be prepared to learn you make 1/2 or 1/4 of what the person next to you is making. Modern culture. Tattoos, piercings, wild colored hair is all acceptable.
Cons
Lack of regulation. If you come from a company that has specs to follow and believe in doing things correctly, don't apply here. It's the good-ole-boy club and many of the people in positions high enough to make decisions are old Boeing folks who are not forward-thinking. Zero accountability, just lots of saying "we will fix it" and finding a way to get work done no matter what.
