Thank you so much for taking the time to review your experience with Blue Signal. We are so happy to know our workplace culture and environment are making such a positive impression on our team members! We absolutely agree connecting in-person is so important. We make an effort to fly the entire team in to a central location every year for an all-company summit, and throughout the year, various team members travel to conferences and have the opportunity to engage outside of work that way. At our local headquarters in Phoenix, we have over 30 associates in the general area, and we really enjoy having an office space anyone can come into, at any time. We make an effort to schedule a lunch or happy hour any time someone is visiting from out of state, to get more team members together. We are always thinking of more ways to connect, in-person and virtually, and would love your input on how we can increase that activity. Additionally, unique benefits is definitely on the agenda and we hope to add something different and truly helpful for our employees to select within the next year!
