The Employees are very helpful. They helped and guided me in the whole process till I am comfortable in my job. I am very thankful to the company for its excellent services. Blue Signal is the best.

Pros

Amazing company with a 10/10 culture. I have yet to have a negative experience with Blue Signal and I have been here a little over a year. Fun company they always have events, sales contests and an amazing support system! I will say their marketing team makes a recruiters life 100x easier. Would recommend any recruiter of any tenure to apply or seriously consider.

Pros

- Monthly Personal Development Lunch & Learn sessions for staff to share struggles and items learned. A great environment to gain support from others and share experiences. - Supportive management and training staff. - Realistic KPIs - Hybrid/remote format post-training is nice to have, but working with the staff in the office is great! I actually look forward to having lunch with each other.

Cons

- Not everyone is local to Phoenix, but this is actually a good thing because I can move to any state and keep my job! Love that stability.
