Micromanaging even after stating they weren’t. I was hitting all my metrics and made placements. But they let me go

We prepare new recruiters with extensive training, regular check-ins, and a mentorship program that pairs a brand-new recruiter with someone tenured and successful in the industry. We truly want each member of the team to experience success, but sometimes the best decision is to give someone new to recruiting the opportunity to find a better fitting position. We are sorry to lose anyone from the company but want the best for all parties. Recruiting is a tough but rewarding job, and is not the best fit for everyone. We wish any exiting employees nothing but absolute success in the right field for them.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. The culture here is unmatched. Everyone is friendly and supports one another, you are provided with all of the tools and resources to be successful, and there are opportunities for growth. Employees are treated with a very personable and human approach.

Amazing company with a 10/10 culture. I have yet to have a negative experience with Blue Signal and I have been here a little over a year. Fun company they always have events, sales contests and an amazing support system! I will say their marketing team makes a recruiters life 100x easier. Would recommend any recruiter of any tenure to apply or seriously consider.

Have yet to find one.
