Pros

Wonderful leadership, positive feedback, and growth opportunities are the first things that come to mind! Blue Signal encourages every employee to share their ideas and opinions in order to better the company. The culture is fantastic and everyone truly wants the best for you. They offer constant professional development opportunities and want to see every employee thrive. The flexibility of working remote combined with leaders who are always striving towards excellence makes Blue Signal an amazing place to work.

Cons

Remote work can be isolating at times, but Blue Signal does a great job engaging with employees and connecting on a personal level.

Pros

Positivity. This is the first company I have worked for where everyone respects you as a qualified employee. They are happy to help with anything and answer all of your questions, but you become an immediate part of the team and do not have to "earn your keep" as some companies I have worked for require.

Cons

There is a ramp up period, but that is typical with any job you take on. I came on with ZERO recruiting experience, so there was a learning curve for me. Management will try to scare you in order to make sure you want the role. They will be transparent with you about the role and not sell you on the position, which is great for me.

Thank you so much for the positive and honest review! There is definitely a ramp up period and that means buckling down and putting in extra hours, hence the "scaring." :) We are pleased that you have felt right at home since day one and are getting all the support you need. We look forward to your long and successful career with us!
