Thank you for the review. We are pleased that you experienced friendly people, we think our culture is pretty special! We view diversity as more than race, ethnicity, or nationality. Within our Blue Signal Academy we have Diversity, Equity & Inclusion training that all employees are required to attend. With that said, we are focused on even greater representation within Blue Signal. We are working to achieve that through creating more opportunities for inexperienced recruiting talent. Blue Signal was built on the principal of excellence and integrity; we consider our expectations fair and honest and we expect everyone to rise to their own personal best. In regard to benefits, our 60 day probationary period is a very standard waiting time before benefit administration. While we may have had higher premiums during the time you are here, we are pleased to have been able to lower those for 2022.
