No job is the exact same. Every customer has a different personality. The basics are the same. The supervisor's are patient and willing to assist. The pay is very competitive and increasing as you improve your skills and knowledge. Many different technicians willing to help give you advice and help if needed.

Cons

The weather is really the only issue. If you are scheduled to work and it is raining you are required to work.
