Few people and departments are not good to be. Job security is little less. Company philosphy is to aquire new organizations which can cause concerns to your job.

Very well laid processes. Very well laid culture. Decent pay higher than industry standard. Given large number of leaves and employee are encouraged to take leave. Good work is rewarded monetarily. Flexibility to make work life balance. Open culture, managers always listen and takes step too. Great benefits like insurance other. Prompt payment of performance bonuses.

Cons

Small amount of favoritism. Manager keeps watch on your workstation rather than your deliverable. Error in payslip and work hour calculation is frequent.
