Pros

Amazing culture and opportunities for development. The people are great and I couldn't be happier. Lots of potential for career growth and development. The company is growing and still dedicated to remaining independent unlike many other firms selling to private equity and venture capitalists.

Cons

Some growing pains to be expected but everyone is working together to scale process and procedures.

None that I can think of.

Cons

Although, they flaunt their Best Places to Work in several states, it is ABSOLUTLEY not true. These locations that have won the award are small offices with no more than 50-60 people and not truly a diverse setting. The communication is horrible and management style is self-centered.

Pros

The clients, coworkers, benefits. Most Blue offices are great. There are a few offices that are complete crap. Best advice, get some real feedback before you join and if you need visa support, good luck.

Cons

Complete lack of leadership at the top and middle line. Good old boy "frat pack" attitude that can be difficult to avoid, depending on which office you are at.
