Pros

Good work life balance, and a couple of great people.

Cons

Poor communication and development on all levels. Poor leadership. Young partners and senior managers tend to pick favorites and give special treatment. Great place to work if your someone who knows how schmooze your way to the top.

The clients, coworkers, benefits. Most Blue offices are great. There are a few offices that are complete crap. Best advice, get some real feedback before you join and if you need visa support, good luck.

Cons

Complete lack of leadership at the top and middle line. Good old boy "frat pack" attitude that can be difficult to avoid, depending on which office you are at.
