Pros

None really. Everything was hassle; getting paid on time, dealing with their management, getting them to advocate for you when dealing with the client, etc, etc.

Cons

Just a pass through company. No real value. Essentially an Indian shell company that allows Indian Executives working at other companies and agencies to skim money off lucrative contracts. This has become pretty standard in the industry (not just for Indian companies) - they just do a really horrible job of it. Definite avoid.
