      Pros

      -Very ethical company. Always tries to do the right thing. Pay is on time and they are very responsive operationally. -Very supportive and took care of the workforce during COVID. -Constantly looking for new opportunities to expand work -Employee owned company.

      Cons

      -Often they are too lenient with employees that don't deserve it. -Dental Plan could be better, but it is free
