I was hired by BlueForce for about a year as an office coordinator OCONUS. Unfortunately, the contract I was part of ended abruptly. BlueForce made sure to pay all severance according to law and made sure employees were taken care of promptly. Every step of the way they showed commitment to do things right and stood by employees.

Cons

This industry can be harsh. Contracts are usually for 5 years, but there’s always a chance that things change one day to the next. Not necessarily BlueForce’s fault but how this industry works.

Pay is processed on time.

Cons

Leadership is poor. Claim that they value people over bottom line. This is a lie. The only people that are valued are the people who worked together previously or are in personal relationships with the president. Leadership is condescending and everyone is too busy pointing fingers at each other and previous employees for issues that are caused by the current management. They claim to focus on accountability; however, management refuses to be accountable for anything.
