Pros

None of any merit whatsoever.

Cons

Company has no presence in Saudi Arabia and partners with a U.S. company that is commercially registered. No real company representation at all and the company is consistently unresponsive. No performance and salary reviews, so no raises. The company uses staff to report on other staff. Sometimes it seems like they hire someone out of some perverse joy to know they will eventually fire him. Just a terrible work situation.
