      -Great benefits, commensurate with a large company; including 401K with company matching after 90 days of employment

      Cons

      -Appear to have grown too fast for processes to catch up, but appear to be working on infrastructure to correct that

      Pros

      I've been a BlueForce employee for 2 years now and overall it has been a great place to work. They are very flexible, great benefits, open door policy, and if there is an issue it is always resolved quickly. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend.

      No pay raise after 2 years.
