Fast-Paced Delivery Cycles:
While the fast sprint cycles sharpened my delivery speed, it occasionally left little time for deep exploration or experimentation with new tech.
Work-Life Balance during Peak Releases:
During certain high-pressure phases, especially before major deliveries, managing work-life balance required extra effort.
1) No pros
2) No WFH
3) No portal to download salary slips.
4) No where register in any Bank or financial institutional, you cant get Home and also salary sent as IMPS that is one drawback while processing the loan
