Pros

Working for BluePearl Veterinary Partners in Auburn Hills is wonderful. Its like working with family. The management is wonderful and caring. In my opinion that's what makes it a great place to work. The expectations are clear and if you have questions there is always someone willing to answer them. Everyone works as a team, a family unit all the way from management to doctors to tech's to assistants to customer service reps. It's a happy place to work and there is always an opportunity to learn and grow!

Cons

Sometimes the sad cases that come through at Blue Pearl can hurt even the strongest of individuals hearts.
