We never want our employees to feel burnt out so we recommend staff appreciation days and fun events for our centers so they can have fun doing what they love. Top priority for this company is profit- not clients and not frontline employees. The pay is the lowest of any clinic, the clients are isolated and bored with the environment. “Full-time” is 15-30 hours and they will furlough employees as quickly as they possibly can.
