I love the teams and the support they offer! There's a big emphasis on compassionate care and prioritizing client dignity. The RBTs are top notch and absolutely adore these kids! My area leadership is also supportive of work life balance and tells me not to work unnecessarily after hours.

Cons

We don't currently accept Medicaid, but I think that could change soon.
