Pros

They fully believe in the BACB Ethics. They provide supervision hours for BCBA students. They give more than enough monthly RBT supervision. It’s a small clinic with flexible hours.

Cons

They should raise their wages for employees and change the ranking scale of RBTs to be able to get a raise.

Pros

Kids are amazing and fun to work with and coworkers make the work better.

Cons

Management does not really show to much empathy well at least at my clinic. The time with the kids can be long and more than should be with one child. There is no assistance when asking for help or guidance.
