We appreciate you helping us make a positive difference in the lives of children with autism! Flexible hours are important, and we are proud to provide that to every employee. We work diligently to ensure that we are competitive in the field as it relates to pay but understand that there are always opportunities for new feedback and growth. Thank you!

Pros

Friendly, helpful co-workers willing to help you, encouraging and motivating. In depth training and understanding.

Cons

Fast pace,/nature of job…you must know the skills and how to implement them memorized in order to be successful. I feel like even with them memorized and after on-boarding there wasn’t a period where you could develop working knowledge. Expectation was to already be an expert. Not a lot of time to practice skills.

pay rate and management

Pros

This company is great to get into the field. They train you hands on and give you the stepping stool needed. There are team bonding meets outside of the job.

Cons

The pay rate is low and the management shows bias to certain groups of people. I think for 6 months stay for experience but long term is different. There is room to grow when you are new to this field. If you are a certified BCBA or RBT I dont highly suggest this company.
