      Decent place to build skills

      Pros

      -small company -worked on a strong team -wore many hats which let me build up my resume -casual (people wear comfy company swag to WFH every day)

      Cons

      -I avoided several rounds of layoffs that happened to save costs during the peak of the pandemic, which meant that I had various bosses in my short time there - none of which were open to conversations about a raise or bonus because of the pandemic. -DEI is performative -homogeneous teams -compensation is below market rate

      Pros

      Great company to work for. They care for the patients and truly want the best for them. One of the most ethical Autism clinics.

      Cons

      Not much PTO. No Sick time. If clients are out, you are out. No breaks besides 6 holidays.
