fun, supportive environment, great values, cares about client's wellbeing

Cons

lots of driving (does not pay for mileage), over-worked staff, takes a very long time for requests (such as PTO) to be approved or honored

Thank you for your kind words! You are correct that we do care about our clients immensely, and we also care about our great employees that help care for our clients and their families. We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience that driving to in-home therapy sessions caused you; we do compensate employees for travel time to these sessions to help with the added task involved in providing these services. We are always working to improve processes and will look into making the PTO request process a quicker one for everyone. Thanks!

Thank you for the feedback - we work diligently to collaborate with every employee but understand that there are always opportunities for improvement. While we understand the "red tape" may be lengthy, it is important that we follow all industry standards and provide the highest quality ABA therapy services possible. We will continue to find ways to make our processes more efficient so our employees can continue doing what they love!
