Sometimes caseloads can be stressful but talk to your BCBA about balancing the tough cases with fun ones so you don’t get burned out.

Pros

Great training department that provides high quality professional development and CEUs. Dr. Cameron is such an asset and is leading the efforts to build an effective, quality clinical program!

Cons

High turnover and poor work life balance make it difficult to work here. Decisions are made top down with little input from clinical staff. Agency is constantly in a state of change.

Thank you for your work to help us change the world for children with autism! Ensuring the highest level of ethical standards is extremely important to us and we appreciate you being a part of maintaining those high standards! Many companies had to take drastic measures for the financial health of their company during COVID, so we made small adjustments. We are working on plans to bring back our 401K match soon. We also frequently gather market data to ensure that we are competitive in the field as it relates to pay. We understand that there are always opportunities for growth and improvement, we appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration as we are consistently looking for new ways to support our employees. Thank you!

Pros

The team is made up of passionate and compassionate people that truly believe in changing the world for children with autism. The compensation is competitive while keeping ethics at the forefront of all decision making. Opportunity for growth is always present. The company is quickly growing and promotes from within.

Cons

Sometimes unattainable expectations, stemming from a disconnect between what support/corporate teams know or think is done in clinic and what boots on the ground actually looks like. Pressure to work constantly outside of work hours if you want to be successful, acknowledged, rewarded contrasts with lots of talk about work life balance and prioritizing family, health, etc.

Local leadership visit and meet with their teams to provide two-way communication. They communicate their needs in the field to support services, but we are an organization of continuous improvement, so we are always looking for ways to be better.
