Pros

Helping those who really need your services.

Cons

Overworked, and no concern for work/life balance. Constant changes in upper-management leading to no structure or solid infrastructure. Underpaid staff leading to competition stealing employees.

Thank you for helping us change the world for children with autism! We frequently gather market data to ensure that we are competitive in the field as it relates to pay. We value each employee and regularly request input from all team members to see what we can do to enhance the workplace culture and benefits. In 2021, we made the decision to slow our growth to make certain we are supporting our teams well. Please reach out to us at hr@bluesprigpediatrics.com so we can discuss further and identify ways to ensure each employee has a positive experience. Thank you for your time.

Often center leadership can offer alternative hours, make-up sessions with a client, or hours at a neighboring center when cancelations happen.

Pros

- On the job training - Flexible hours (read: could for for 3 hours before class at a client home in Fayetteville, then go to class, then work for 2 hours at center in Bentonville) - Nice and fun staff

Cons

- No professional development offered to RBTs - Salary is mediocre for the job - Burnout - Scheduling is last minute

Thank you for providing feedback. Our goal is to provide a level playing field for all by offering several weeks of training for new staff as well as additional training opportunities throughout the year like our month-long clinical conference and LearnUpon courses. We work diligently to ensure that we are competitive in the field as it relates to pay but understand that there are always opportunities for new feedback and growth. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration as we are consistently looking for new ways to support our employees. Thank you!
