Thank you for your service to BlueSprig! Your job as an RBT is both rewarding and challenging, and we appreciate the impact you had while with us. It is such fulfilling work and we're so glad you recognize the value of our organization and the positive work-life balance. While we strive to provide as many hours as possible, many factors can impact the achievement of that goal. Our Operations Managers work hard to balance scheduling, align the therapists and clients for optimum outcomes, and deal with the challenges of life events like illnesses that cause cancellations, schedule changes and unforeseen situations that happen at the last minute. Knowing that hours can fluctuate and impact our employees, we work to provide additional benefits and resources to enhance your employment experience. Our clinical leadership is second to none and works hard to provide our clinicians with learning and development opportunities. And the resources available at BlueSprig are really endless. And you're right that people in our organization will do best when they are detail-oriented. We see details as critical for so many reasons. Our clients and families count on our accuracy of programs, documentation and communications. And we want to make sure they are confident that we've got them covered. Thank you for your service with BlueSprig and for providing us feedback on your experience. We're glad to hear that you found it rewarding to work with our clients and have such a positive impact on their lives. That is so powerful! BlueSprig is an organization whose mission is to change the lives of children with autism. To accomplish this, we need funding to open centers, staff them with highly qualified clinicians, and provide the best resources to communities in need of our services. Our management team can achieve the highest level of clinical quality while also overseeing the financial aspects of the business. In fact, both are critical for the success of our mission. Sometimes, when we may be in the recruiting process, or we have new clients and are working on training our team on new client programs, we ask our therapists and BCBAs to be flexible with their schedules and their client services. It's definitely not an easy role. The rewards are immense, and so are the expectations we have for our teams. The hours can vary, though we try to stay within the 8AM-6PM timeframe when scheduling our teams. And the travel became very important during COVID so we could limit exposure and still provide services in the safest way for our employees and clients.
