Thank you for your review and feedback. We are honored to have the best clinical staff working for the heart of our company and are happy you had a rewarding experience working with them. We offer flexible scheduling, due to it being helpful for the clients because their schedules can change without warning. In terms of pay, we work diligently to ensure that we are competitive in the field, nevertheless, we acknowledge that we are capable of improvement and welcome new feedback. Very understanding and flexible with scheduling.

Cons

There is no guarantee with your pay. If a patient does not show up or if you do not have an appointment, you do not get paid.

Thank you for providing your feedback! We do provide flexible work hours but understand that needs may change throughout. Often center leadership can offer alternative hours, make-up sessions with a client, or hours at a neighboring center when cancelations happen. Fulfiing job, fun, satisfying, great experience

Cons

Low pay, okay benefits, company policies have changed since Bluesprig took over Fusion/ Florid Autism Center (FAC) which has negatively impacted job satisfaction for many employees, no raises offered, employees are not valued as people. All the company cares about is the money it makes.
