BlueSprig works hard to empower staff to make decisions and contribute to the mission with empathy and gratitude for all. I feel like I'm part of the team and have a voice in how we change the world for children with autism.

Great support from supervisors overall

Don’t get paid for cancellations, called in randomly, not every employee is held accountable and can be late to sessions and you are required to stay because of their poor planning
