It’s important to us that we are providing an environment where we are not only helping our clients but also supporting our team members along the way and helping them grow in their profession. In the event that a client cancels, we encourage you to talk with your center leadership about scheduling make-up hours or hours at a different location that is local. Just this year, we have updated our National Holidays as well as added two floating holiday PTO to use when it is most meaningful for you! All feedback will be followed up and followed through.
