Pros

I really appreciate the caring and high level of support from the office manager and Clinical Director. I feel like I’m making a difference in families lives and I love the clients so much! The programs are all great, fun, and it is so great to watch the daily progress. I have worked in ABA before but this is hands down the best job I’ve had, despite COVID.

Cons

Hours are not guaranteed and can be less if a client is out.

Pros

Stand by their core values, innovative/adaptive, changing families lives and their children's, good benefits, cares about employees

Cons

Not for a laid-back employee, bonus structure in place but seems unattainable (multiple clinics)

Pros

Working with kids and families. The techs seem to really care about the kids. Decent salaries.

Cons

Senior management is inexperienced and largely ineffective, unorganized and/or unprofessional. Mid-management spends their time stepping on each other to be seen to get ahead instead of working collaboratively. The C-Suite seems more interested in acquiring companies than providing a good experience and work/life balance for current employees. Too much flip-flopping on procedures which change by the hour/day/week. Many of the management components are run by clinicians who do not have the education or experience in business, operations, developing people and training and it shows. Employees are asked to wear too many hats, many of which they are not qualified to wear, and are spread thin. They seem to value employees who stroke their egos versus those who are doing good work. Not sure they have gotten out of their early start-up phase and it's affecting morale and the progress of the clients. Huge communication gap between the field and headquarters. Bonus structure is changed often making it nearly impossible to achieve. The company values sound great and are quoted often but aren't truly followed. A lot of smoke and mirrors.
