Pros

I met a lot of nice co-workers

Cons

Management doesn’t care about you at all, they’re very rude and treat you like less than them. They are little to no help with clients, but will blame you for the downfalls. Don’t Disagree with your supervisors or you’ll then see the obvious favoritism in the office, and you will be treated very poorly and talked to like a child. They seem to care very little about the actual clients, more so about collecting the money from the clients.

We're sorry this was your experience! We appreciate the feedback. If you had reached out to the CEO on the day you wrote this review, we did try to reach out to you to get a better understanding of your concerns but never heard back. Either way, we're always interested. Please feel free to email us at hr@bluesprigpediatrics.com to set up a time to further explore these deviations from our values. Thank you again for your efforts while employed with BlueSprig.

Pros

BlueSprig leadership lives by the values they teach. The company is like a family and we all support one another in any way possible. I love working for a company that cares about their mission, their clients, and their staff.

Cons

Like any growing company, there are some growing pains but they are handled well by management and I can trust my best interest is in mind.

Pros

Opportunity for BCBA students to earn fieldwork hours.

Cons

The company cares more about expanding and taking over smaller companies than employee welfare or client outcomes. One of the stated values is “Ask Why and Why Not”. And yet, if you ask why company policies are one way, there is pushback from management on daring to ask questions. As an employee of another company that was “merged” with BlueSprig, we were expected to conform to new policies without question.

Thank you for your comments! We always want to know how things are going; as you mentioned, we do a lot of surveys, for instance. It's a bit disappointing to hear that you don't feel safe to offer your questions and comments. We see ourselves as low on hierarchy and high on collaboration, but if there are pockets where there might be a breakdown, feel free to email us at hr@bluesprigpediatrics.com. We're always ready to work with teams to resolve missed opportunities to live our values and come out of those discussions stronger and even better focused on our mission. Again, thank you for your comments here, and thank you for all you do to change the world for children with autism.
