They have been an amazing company to work for, always looking for ways of improving, and they are dead set on changing our field as a whole. It is a fresh perspective from the companies of the world and I am so thankful that I found a place to call home. The passion and compassion is felt with every interaction from leadership, their values are at everything we do, and BlueSprig has almost single handedly changed the field in its short existence already. BlueSprig is the most efficient ABA company I’ve ever worked for and they use state-of-the-art technology for data collection, staff performance evaluations, and have one of the most personable and caring corporate leadership teams I’ve ever had the please of working with.
