Pros

Quality over quantity approach! Blue sprig tells their story well and it reflects in their mission and values. The Culture PTO ( no burnout) Opportunity for growth They actually care about their people

Cons

Being a new company, roles and responsibilities can change often . This isn't a con for me as I love change. But if you are someone who needs a "tasky" position. This problem isn't the company for you.

The future of ABA

Pros

The world of ABA is full of companies looking for the right reason to start but end up drifting so far from their goals, that the people they employee fall away from their reasons to work for that company. Our field needs more companies with the right values, mission, goals, and aspirations like BlueSprig. They have been an amazing company to work for, always looking for ways of improving, and they are dead set on changing our field as a whole. It is a fresh perspective from the companies of the world and I am so thankful that I found a place to call home. The passion and compassion is felt with every interaction from leadership, their values are at everything we do, and BlueSprig has almost single handedly changed the field in its short existence already. Come here for the right reasons, stay here to make more right reasons, and see what the future of high quality ABA and compassion look like. I couldn't be happier in joining such an amazing team.

Cons

Things move fast, positions change quickly, and sometimes it may feel like we are still catching up from the last change. This happens in a company this size, with this many new changes, and with the aspirations of the leadership crew. Communication can also occasionally break down as a result of the constant changes in staffing and roles, but effort is being applied to help remediate that process.

Pros

BlueSprig is a company that truly embodies their mission statement and core values. BlueSprig is the most efficient ABA company I’ve ever worked for and they use state-of-the-art technology for data collection, staff performance evaluations, and have one of the most personable and caring corporate leadership teams I’ve ever had the please of working with. BlueSprig is an incredible company and I would encourage anyone that wants to change the world for children with autism to apply.

Cons

BlueSprig is a relatively new ABA company and while they are a pretty well oiled machine, they’ve got a lot to figure out in terms of getting each clinic operating consistently across the board. But I think those are things that will get settled as the company continues to grow and they figure out what works the best for each location
