We love to hear that your team at BlueSprig was so great to work with, and that you had tremendous support from the BCBA leaders. And we do understand that the hours can vary and be inconsistent at times. It's a constant focus for our operations team in helping set expectations and provide as much consistency as possible. As an organization that strives to provide the optimum hours for our clients and their families, it can create some challenges in scheduling our therapists to provide those services. And especially with COVID and the steps we're taking to ensure the safety of our clients and employees, it can impact the schedule more than usual.
