The clients themselves are great. The other RBT’s are supportive of each other and there is a very team oriented environment among them. The company is still new so there are still many policy changes (this can be a pro/con based on how you feel about frequent changes).

There's a tangible positive company culture - their people are clearly happy to work at BlueSprig. Employees are welcoming, and look out to help each other. The leadership truly cares that their employees are happy and cared for. There is a strong emphasis ethical service delivery - from start to finish. Clinicians are trained to utilize the tenants of applied behavior analysis in a socially significant manner. They strive to be both conceptually systematic and technological in scaling their clinical growth. This translates to prioritizing quality over quantity of services - which results in meaningful changes for clients.
