The staff care about the clients they work with and really do strive to provide the best outcomes for the kids. The have a dedicated compliance team that is always available to help answer questions to make sure that they are doing things the right way too.

Cons

The company is always growing,so there are growing pains from time to time, but the mission remains constant and the kids are always at the center.
