Pros

This company is driven to work for their clients and find a solution-even if that means BlueSprig is not the fit for that family at that time. The company provides great support and encourages you to ask questions to understand why you are doing what you are doing.

Cons

none at this time.

Pros

Caring BCBAs and staff. Sweet families and clients.

Cons

Inexperienced therapists are hired rapidly without proper training. Clinical director lacks leadership skills and seems at odds with BCBAs on determining best practices. Inconsistent scheduling. Clients can cancel last minute leaving therapist without pay.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to provide a review. I am sorry you had a bad experience with us; it matters a great deal to me personally that you didn't find your experience to be personally and professionally rewarding and/or fulfilling. We strive to make a positive impact in the lives of not just our clients but also our employees and it sounds like we were unable to do that for you. My sincere apologies. I know this may not be useful after the fact, but let me take a moment to provide some context on your comment about brand and brakes. Our focus is not at all on spreading our brand, it is entirely on achieving our mission. Our mission at BlueSprig is to change the world for children with autism and until all children with autism in Texas and beyond have access to the services they need and the support they deserve, we will not be putting the brakes on achieving our mission. There are tens of thousands of children that desperately need high quality support and services in Texas alone and we don't sleep well at night knowing that to be the case. We work round the clock to not have to turn families away and although we are not always able to accommodate every family right away, we are going to try really hard to help them as soon as humanely possible. With this in mind, I believe our team of dedicated clinicians and clinical leaders in the Dallas area are second to none. If we seemed not to be supportive of you while you were with us I am truly sorry. I know that would not have been their intent and we will work harder to make sure everyone in our organization feels appreciated, supported, qualified, confident and comfortable in their job. Please reach out to me directly if I can be of any service to you and/or you would like to share your concerns with me directly, I can be reached at kjones@bluesprigpediatrics.com. In the meantime I wish you the very best.

Pros

Having a job to go too.

Cons

No raises, no quarterly bonuses, no teamwork fro management. Schedule changes without notice. The clinic is old and not suited for ABA Therapy. Mold, mildew and lead paint just to name a few.
