Terrible management, disregard for children’s progressional needs, no room for career advancement, HR does not answer emails or calls

I worked for this company when it was Trumpet. They made the job seem great and supportive when I started. They're willing to pay for extra time spend with clients.

Cons

horrible communication, you're blamed for lack of communication, not enough support from management or enough training
