      Pros

      Supervisors are awesome at communicating quickly and providing excellent feedback, the schedule is very flexible and prioritizes your availability, room for growth and advancement, they stand by their values,

      Cons

      Hard to keep up with constant changes (expanding client volume, lots of moving around in upper management), can be scheduled at odd hours (shifts can vary from 2-6 or even 8 hours), not the best benefits program

      Pros

      I’ve worked at a few ABA companies over the last 7 years and I’ve never worked at a place with so many passionate people that always put our kiddos first. I’ve learned a lot about how to work with our kiddos and it’s amazing to see them learn so much so fast.

      Cons

      Being part of a company that was acquired by Blue Sprig, we had lots of change in the beginning. I’m used to it now and I understand why we had to make those changes but it was hard at first.
