Pros

It was very fun at times especially during the holidays.

Cons

There were no set bathroom breaks, let alone actual breaks. Burnout is inevitable.

Pros

I was trained for two weeks given that I had already finished my 40 hours from elsewhere. The BCBAs at the center are just the kind of supervisors BTs/RBTs need right now. I love and respect all the supervisors I had supervision with. They truly understand their kiddos and do their best in providing the services. They are so good that they constantly keep in contact with the family to ensure the kids receive consistent therapy to truly make a difference.

Cons

The only downside it, the staff isn't always consistent on the cases. Cases have been getting switched a lot. And from my knowledge and the time I've spent here, I truly understand how important it is to give our clients a structured service with minimal changes.
