Pros

Clients BCBAs really cared about clients.

Cons

Bluesprig doesn’t provide technology. Oh wait….they do but not at Live Oak! So you’re expected to use your personal devices but they’re not responsible if they get destroyed. Our building literally has cracks in the foundation and has flooded due to outdated plumbing but yet their building has new centers every month. Just truly a profit centered company with no regard for client outcomes or their direct care staff.

Pros

They are willing to help train and educate new RBTs

Cons

You don't have a designated time to eat during lunch time. You either have to eat in the dark at a small table while your kiddo is napping, if they take a nap, or eat whenever they eat (which usually involves working since it's never quite calm) so this is pretty stressful
