There is a waiting list so we are constantly reviewing new clients.

Cons

Little communication and feedback from supervisors. If a client calls out you might receive $13/hr for admin pay or no pay at all

Pros

Decent pay and insurance for new RBT

Cons

Couldn’t get guaranteed hours, which sucked especially since they only pay you $13/hr when you don’t have a client available. Other employees formed cliques and were difficult to converse with. New hire enrollment is unorganized. Difficult to ask longer term employees questions as they made it seem like an inconvenience to them.
