Our goal is to provide a level playing field for all by offering several weeks of training for new staff as well as additional training opportunities throughout the year like our month-long clinical conference and LearnUpon courses. Ensuring the highest level of ethical standards is extremely important to us and we appreciate you being a part of maintaining those high standards! The staff that I worked with were amazingggg! There was always snacks available in the break room which were a plus for you and your clients.

Cons

The company itself was not that great in terms of pay, inconsistent hours, and lack of support at times

In terms of pay, we work diligently to ensure that we are competitive in the field, nevertheless, we acknowledge that we are capable of improvement and welcome new feedback. We offer flexible scheduling, due to it being helpful for the clients because their schedules can change without warning. We encourage you to talk with your center leadership about the possibility of having make-up sessions with a client or even working hours at a different center. Changing the world for children with autism would not be possible without your help! Thank you!
