Pros

Loved the people that worked there. The company works hard to create a positive work environment. Good job for college kids. Good place to work if you are interested in becoming a BCBA.

Cons

Working with kids who have Autism has its ups and downs. No negatives about the company.

We value each of our employees greatly and strive to provide support for all team members. It is important that we follow all industry standards and provide the highest quality ABA therapy services possible, and we will continue to find ways to make our processes more efficient for all. We never want our employees to feel burnt out so we recommend staff appreciation days and fun events for our centers so they can have fun doing what they love. For employee breaks, we comply with all state and federal guidelines. We encourage you to talk with your center leadership about the possibility of having make-up sessions with a client or even working hours at a different center. Changing the world for children with autism would not be possible without your help! Thank you!

Thank you for your work to help us change the world for children with autism! We appreciate your feedback. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed working with the clients and our positive staff! We offer flexible scheduling, due to it being helpful for the clients because their schedules can change without warning. Often center leadership can offer alternative hours, make-up sessions with a client, or hours at a neighboring center when cancelations happen. All feedback will be followed up and followed through. Thank you!
