Pros

My co-workers are amazing and supportive. They paid for my class / training and certification process which I am grateful for.

Cons

No holiday pay, no paid time off, insurance is bare minimum for what they’re legally required to cover. Low salary even for entry level pay. Also empty promises of bi-annual raise / performance review which never came. Overall it’s not a bad place to get into the field and gather experience to take elsewhere where you’re compensated fairly. This is why they can’t keep any quality RBT’s which is unfair to the clients.
