Thank you for your review and your time with BlueSprig! We made a decision to slow our growth in 2021 to make sure we are supporting our teams well. Our goal is to provide a level playing field for all by offering additional training opportunities throughout the year like our month-long clinical conference and LearnUpon courses to help you grow your career path. We will continue to find ways to make our processes more efficient so our employees can continue doing what they love! Thank you!

Thank you for sharing your experience as a BlueSprig employees. It's so great to hear that you enjoyed the atmosphere in the Tyler, TX center and recognize how much we all care about our clients and employees. It's such a great affirmation of our mission of changing the lives of children with autism. We understand how challenging it can be when you accept a full-time position and can't always get a full 40 hours, as much as that is our goal. The nature of our business impacts our ability to guarantee therapy hours, and for that reason we have enhanced our employee programs and career advancement opportunities to help offset the hours challenge. We provide benefits to employees who average 28 hours per week, so if your hours dip for any reason, you are still covered. And we provide PTO, holidays, and volunteer days to give you a good work-life balance. All of these benefits are because we value our employees and the passion and dedication they have for our clients and their families. And the clinical leadership works hard to provide opportunities for career development. Your feedback is appreciated. So thank you for reaching out to us and recognizing the value of our BlueSprig mission, and the issues we strive to improve. Kindest regards, Marta Sullivan Vice President, Human Resources Thank you for
