Pros

Decent pay and insurance for new RBT

Cons

Couldn’t get guaranteed hours, which sucked especially since they only pay you $13/hr when you don’t have a client available. Other employees formed cliques and were difficult to converse with. New hire enrollment is unorganized. Difficult to ask longer term employees questions as they made it seem like an inconvenience to them.

There are changes to treatment plans based off clinician feedback so there can be frequent changes, but they always come with training and support
