Pros

- Opportunities to be an intern to become a BCBA. - you can gain your hours needed to become a BCBA - flexibility in hours - depending on your location, your management staff can be supportive, far-removed or a mix of both

Cons

- If you have no plans on becoming a RBT, your pay is probably is going to stop at $22 hourly - At the Decatur location, you have to ask to use the restroom and you don't get a lunch break. We had the option to get a lunch break after a new Clinical Director moved in, but it meant that we would have to be open longer so we opted out. The no lunch breaks were a unanimous decision, so still no lunch breaks. - the people hired to do the cleaning on Wednesday and Friday only take out the trash and sweep. Thats it.

Pros

Making a positive difference in your clients, their families, and the clinicians you are supervising.

Cons

Company is highly focused on growth - opening new clinics nationwide before current clinics have proper staffing, training, materials, and building repairs. Major disconnect between higher ups and those who run day-to-day clinical operations and therapy. Resulting in burnout, high turnover, and ultimately impacts client's progress. Each clinic culture is unique to the specific supervisors, operations managers, and regional management.
